The Harvard Business School Case Study
During a five-day education program, jointly sponsored by The Harvard Business School ("HBS") and Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, titled "Managing in the Internet Age" in January 2001, the HBS presented a case study on iSteelAsia recognising its effective use of IT and change management, which in turn has helped to transform its business and customer base in which it operates. The case study stated that , iSteelAsia is operating a business model that could help improve the efficiency of the Asian steel industry.
